Preliminary Format: The day will begin with a speaker breakfast and check-in (approx. 8 – 8:45 am), followed by three speaker sessions ( 9 am – 11:45), and a culminating speaker and BHHS alum lunch (noon). Times may be adjusted as we get closer to the event.
Important Note re Confirmations and Assignments: Once you submit your registration, you will receive an automated receipt of your submission. If you don’t get that email, please contact Cindy Dubin (firstname.lastname@example.org). In terms of actual confirmation of you as a speaker and the details about how many of the three sessions we’d like for you to attend, please note that over the course of the next several weeks, we’ll be collecting our student session selection data; once we know how many sessions we need for each industry sector/profession, we will email you to confirm participation. Finally, please note that there may be multiple speakers for certain sessions, depending on the field. We have found this to be a particularly meaningful approach for the students, and a great way to ensure that we don’t have any sessions without speakers due to last minute cancellations.
Alums: Tell your fellow Normans to Save the Date so they can join you for lunch here even if they aren’t a speaker. A separate alum invite will be coming soon so they can rsvp.
