Chef Curtis Stone opened Maude in February 2014 on South Beverly Drive. Maude has a menu that changes every few months. The team travels the world to learn about different cuisines to base their menu off of. Menus throughout 2018 included cuisine inspired by regions like Rioja-Spain, Burgundy-France, Central Coast-USA, and Piedmont-Italy. The first menu of 2019 will be based off of cuisine from Western Australia. The restaurant was a semifinalist in 2015 for Best New Restaurant and is listed as one of the best restaurants in the world by TIME and Travel & Leisure. LA Magazine also gave the restaurant a review of 4 out 4 stars. If you would like to learn more about the restaurant take a look at their website here
